A thank-you for staying with us. Points are awarded on every work anniversary and grow over time:

Your balance is private — only you and the People Operations team can see it. Points stay on your account until you spend them. Points never expire. Save them up year after year and spend when you've got enough for something you really want.
You can't go into negative balance. If you don't have enough points, the item stays in your cart until your next top-up.
Spend your points at least 2 weeks before your last working day. Unused points don't carry over and aren't paid out in cash.
